Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Postanova handles information when you connect and manage professional Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Postanova (formerly SocialDrop) is operated by Tengiz Nozadze.

Information we process

We process your Postanova account and workspace information, connected Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account identifiers, account names and usernames, permissions you grant, token expiration dates, and the content or comment metadata needed to provide the features you request.

OAuth access tokens are encrypted before storage. We do not display access tokens or application secrets in the Postanova interface.

How we use information

We use this information to connect accounts, show eligible Pages and Instagram accounts, prepare or publish content at your direction, retrieve and manage comments, maintain the connection, diagnose failures, protect the service, and provide support.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Meta platforms and the infrastructure providers used to operate Postanova, including Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare R2, only as needed to provide and secure the service or comply with law.

Retention and security

Connection records are retained while your account is connected or as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. Unpublished media is stored privately only while it is queued; Postanova removes its stored copy after confirmed publication or when you delete the queued post. Tokens are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and diagnostic logs are designed not to contain tokens or application secrets.

Your choices

You can revoke Postanova access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. You may also request deletion of Postanova-held data by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
