Data Deletion Instructions

You can revoke platform access immediately and request deletion of data stored by Postanova.

Postanova (formerly SocialDrop) is operated by Tengiz Nozadze.

1. Revoke Facebook or Instagram access

Open the Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings for the Facebook or Instagram account you used, select Postanova, SocialDrop, or SocialDrop-IG, and remove its access. This prevents future API access.

2. Request deletion from Postanova

Email borisjj1987@gmail.com with the subject Postanova Data Deletion Request. Send the request from the email associated with your Postanova account and include the connected Facebook Page or Instagram username so we can identify the correct records.

3. Verification and completion

We may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the associated Postanova workspace data, encrypted OAuth tokens, and unpublished media files within 30 days, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Never email passwords, access tokens, two-factor authentication codes, or application secrets.
